Spring 2013 Exemptions

Seniors

Finals will be Friday May 31 & Monday June 3

To be exempt you must meet the following criteria:

· Passing the class with at least 70 (for the semester)

· No unexcused absences (for the semester)

· 3 or fewer excused absences (for the semester)

· Cleared of all fines (IDs, cafeteria, and library)

· Must NOT have been assigned OCI and/or DAEP

Exempt, or not, every senior must attend ALL classes. This includes Friday May 31, Monday June 3, and Tuesday June 4.

11^th Grade

Finals will be Wednesday June 5 & Thursday June 6

Eligibility for exemption other than 3^rd and 4^th periods

(Possible 6 exemptions)

· Passing the class with at least 80 (for the semester)

· No unexcused absences (for the semester)

· 3 or fewer excused absences (for the semester)

· Cleared of all fines (IDs, cafeteria, and library)

· Must NOT have been assigned OCI and/or DAEP

OR

To be exempt you must meet the following criteria:

· Passing the class with at least 70 (for the semester)

· No unexcused absences (for the semester)

· No more than 1 excused absences (for the semester)

· Cleared of all fines (IDs, cafeteria, and library)

· Must NOT have been assigned OCI and/or DAEP

Every student must attend ALL classes exempt or not.  3^rd and 4^th period exams are a requirement for all Juniors.

9^th & 10^th Grade

Finals will be Wednesday June 5 & Thursday June 6

Exempt from core classes (English, Math, Science, and Social Studies) if the following is true:

· Taken the EOC

· Passing the class for the semester with at least a 70

· Cleared of all fines (IDs, cafeteria, and library)

· Must NOT have been assigned OCI and/or DAEP

9^th & 10^th grade students are required to take finals for classes that do not have an EOC. All students must attend ALL classes exempt or not.
