The YMAS National awards will be presented at the ASMA Annual Meeting in Plymouth, MA on October 17, 2015.
Regional competitions were held in many places across the country including the Galveston Art League, Galveston, TX. One hundred forty-four students, ages 16 to 22, entered art in the 2015 regional competitions. Forty-five of these students received awards from their local art centers and museums. All local award winners and individual entry images, including 13 sculptures (3 D) and 37 paintings (2D), were sent to the judges in August.
