    • Please give us at least 24 hours to respond to your email.
    • Any technology requests (Devices) must be submitted by Saturday morning for the following week with an email including your lesson plan showing the purpose of the device (laptop cart, library, ipad cart, etc) and you must CC your specialist/coach and your appraiser, just sharing your lesson plan is NOT a request.
    • In your email make sure you are specific with:
      • Teacher/Team
      • Number of carts
      • Number of devices
      • Type of devices (computer Lab, ipads, chromebooks, etc...) 
      • Dates of usage
      • Best time to collect devices from 204 
      • Best time to bring them back to 204
      • Lesson plan MUST be attached as PDF
      • Confirmation that your specialist/coach approved your technology request. 
    • Requests can be made in up to one week in advance.   
    • No Laptop/ipad cart or computer Lab will be issue during the week of your request.
    • Verbal technology request will NOT be scheduled.                                                                      
    • Laptop/Ipad Carts can be requested for no more than 4 days per teacher per week.
    • Any damage or malfunction with laptops in the carts must be communicated with the control form.
