On Thursday, April 2, Collegiate Academy issued report cards for the 3rd marking period via Skyward. The report cards are located under the “portfolio” tab. When opened, the tab will prompt users to electronically sign the report card and that signature will be electronically returned to the campus. Please be aware that during this time, report cards will not be printed. Parents without internet or mobile access may contact Ms. Krueger, our Campus Skyward Access Coordinator, to obtain the report card via email or to arrange for a printed copy to be mailed to their homes. Please email her at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact her at 409-761-6126.
High praise is extended to all of our students who have risen to the challenge of online distance learning and making connections with their teachers on a regular basis to receive assistance and direct instruction. Please continue to Set The P.A.C.E. for 21st century learning.
For students in need of paper/pencil assignments, we have created grade level packets with assignments and activities for students to complete. Beginning on April 6, the take-home packets will be available for retrieval each Monday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. We will also be collecting completed assignments/activities during that time. In order to promote social distancing, as well as to ensure that the paper assignments are microbe-free, we have designed a streamlined process in which all products will be distributed from the spacious cafeteria with a maximum of five guests granted entry at one time. Guests are expected to don gloves for their personal protection. Furthermore, all documents will have been untouched for over sixty (60) hours to allow for natural sterilization.
Please note that these paper/pencil assignments are NOT additional assignments, they are a resource for those families that may have technology issues.
Because of our P.A.C.E. Setting Educators, Students, and Parents, teaching and learning continues at Collegiate Academy!
Parents: If you received an email regarding your students' grades, today, April 1st, please disregard.
We will contact you with report card information soon.
DRESS CODE REMINDER:
Per our dress code- hoodies are not allowed. Students may wear solid-colored sweaters or crewneck sweatshirts in grade-level colors or gray. They must be worn with grade-level colored polo-style uniform shirts.
