    Dear Parents/Guardians

    Burnet Elementary will begin their 2020-2021 online registration during the spring of 2020. This is a requirement for all new and returning students in GISD (K-4th). Current Pre-K students will not be doing online registration. Online Registration can be done on ANY computer or tablet with internet access. During school hours Burnet staff will help assist Parent/Guardians with the online registration for families who do not have access to a computer. PLEASE NOTE that families still need to provide the documentation that is listed below

     

    * Copy of students birth certificate

    * Copy of students social security card

    * Immunization records

    * Parents/Guardians identification (current Driver’s License/ID matching name and address on enrollment sheet)

    * Proof of residency (Home ownership or current signed lease listing students name)

    * Legal documents pertaining to custody/guardianship (current, signed & notarized power of attorney form)

    * Student Residency Questionnaire

    * 2 utility bill (current gas, electric, cable, water, or telephone in address listed on enrollment form

    * Proof of Tuberculosis screening (New students into the GISD)
