• Skyward Family Access Parent Accounts & Logins

    • Skyward Family Access accounts are created for every parent and guardian in the district.

      • Where do I go to log in to Skyward Family Access?

        Please access Skyward Family Access at the following link:  https://eaplus.gisd.org/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/seplog01.w

      • What is my username/login ID?

        Your username is assigned to you by the system automatically when you enroll a new student.  It is typically in one of the formats:  

        Your first and last name (example: christophersmith)
        Your personal email address (example: none@yahoo.com)

      •  If you do not know your username, click the Forgot Your Login/Password? link on the Skyward Family Access home page.  You will be asked to enter your email address and your username/login ID will be emailed to you, along with a link that will allow you to reset your password. 

      • What is my password?

        Your password is assigned to you by the system automatically.   If you do not remember your password,  click the Forgot Your Login/Password? link on the Skyward Family Access home page. You will be asked to enter your email address and your username/login ID will be emailed to you, along with a link that will allow you to reset your password.

      • If I am a GISD staff member AND a parent, can I use my GISD username and password to access my Family Access account?

        Yes, if your parent and your staff accounts are correctly linked together.  You can attempt to login to Family Access with your GISD username and password first.  If that does not work, you may have a separate Family Access login linked to a personal email account.  Use the Forgot Login ID/Password? link and enter your personal email address.  If you receive an emailed password reset link at your personal email address, you have two separate accounts.  You can submit a helpdesk request with your GISD username, the names and dates of birth of your GISD student children, to request that the two accounts be merged together.  

      • How do I change my email notification preferences?

        Once you have successfully logged in, you can update your email address and email notification preferences by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the Family Access home page.

      • What if I still can't log in?   

        Contact the family access coordinator at your student's campus for assistance.  Your patience at the start of the school year is greatly appreciated, when we have a very high volume of parent requests for assistance.
