Mathematics Teacher- Math Models

Hello BHS... My name is Terry Guillory and it is my pleasure to teach Math Models at BHS! I started my teaching career seven years ago in Louisiana.  I have taught a lot of different math courses over the years: Advanced Mathematics, Algebra 2, Geometry, Algebra 1, Pre-Algebra, and Middle School Math.  I earned my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Louisiana State University, Geaux Tigers!  And my Masters of Education from Louisiana College.  I grew up in Louisiana and the sun and beach drew me to Galveston.  I enjoy kayaking, traveling, photography, and spending time with my family.  I am very excited for the opportunity to teach at BHS!  My teaching philosophy is to teach from the heart while allowing students to discover their own abilities to be a scholar and positive leader in our school community.  "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."  -unknown
