    Here parents and students will have access to online apps and digital learning information.  Additionally, you will find training information for these GISD Learning Resource tools. Please take the time to look over all of the content and materials that are being made available to you and your student by the district.

  • Canvas The Galveston ISD Canvas Learning Management System is used to house student classes, lessons, and assignments, as well as, serves as the central source for online communication between the students and their teachers.  Through this app, teachers can deliver instructional content to their students, while organizing the lessons so that students follow along in a structured order.

  • Clever Through Clever, Galveston ISD can provide an Single Sign On (SSO) solution for student access to GISD online resources from a single location. With the ease of only one username and password, students simply open their devices and sign in to Clever with their district network credentials.  Once logged in, they will connect automatically to their personalized Clever Portal giving them access to their online learning applications!
