Austin Middle School

Notes*
Students only and no family members will be admitted to building. Students, please wear IDs. If someone else is near your locker, please wait until they move away before approaching. (Practice Social Distancing) Wearing a face mask while accessing the campus is recommended. Items students need to return: Library books, Band instruments (8th Grade), Laptops issued for Remote Learning (8th Grade), Classroom textbooks and novels, and Athletic Gear. There will be bins for donations of Dress Code appropriate clothing. Teachers will not be available and will be working. You will not be allowed into classrooms.

Ball High Athletics
May 12-13 - Baseball & Softball
• Baseball: 81st Street, turn left at Tor Field, turn onto 83rd Street headed south to create line
• Softball: 81st Street, turn left on Frank Giusti Dr., use softball parking lot headed south to create line.
May 14-15 - Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball
• Boys Soccer @ Spoor Fieldhouse: Use Avenue Q headed west to create the line
• Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball @ Ball High School: Use 41st Street headed south to create the line.
Notes*
1. Teams will come to the location in their vehicles and remain in their vehicle until a coach gives them instructions.
2. Once a player is instructed, they are to bring uniforms and give them to the designated coach as instructed.
3. Coaches make sure the student-athletes place their uniforms in the appropriate plastic bag.
4. Players will remove the necessary items from their lockers and the Head Coaches will have an exit policy for each athlete.
5. This process will be repeated for each athlete until every player has removed their items from their lockers.
6. Coaches make sure that all items are removed. The locker needs to be completely cleaned out.
7. Any clothing left behind will be put in trash bags and thrown away.
8. All uniforms and equipment will be washed and dried prior to storage for the next season. -
Ball High School
Locker and classroom content pick up to be communicated. Art Dept is contacting students beginning May 4.

• Two Teachers from each grade level will be on duty at a time, admin team will rotate through helping teams
• Teachers will bring student bags outside to front of the school. Each teacher will have a table for their classroom materials
• Teachers will announce pick up times on Class Dojo, in Canvas, and via phone calls
• The school will announce pick up times on Burnet Website, Dojo, Facebook, and Instagram

● Parents will post a paper in their car window with their child’s name/grade level
● Parker staff (Admin/other) will collect the student’s bag from the cafeteria and deliver it to the parent vehicle.
