District & School Communication to Parents
ParentSquare is the district's communication notification system for both emergency and general school & district notifications, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number from Skyward. We encourage parents to download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
2025-26 School Year
Beginning in August, new families that have enrolled for the 2025-26 school year will automatically start receiving email messages sent through ParentSquare. At this time, returning families will see their information (i.e. student grade & school) update in ParentSquare. Teacher/class information will not update until approximately a week before school starts.
Registering for ParentSquare allows parents/guardians to interact with messages (like and comment), receive app push notifications, text messages and more, although registration is not required to receive email communications. New families will receive an email in the beginning of August with instructions on how to register.
