Residency Verification

• A valid proof of residency shows the address, recent date, in the parent/guardian’s name for a service of the residence (gas, electric, water bill), or a mortgage, lease, or house tax statement.
• We will accept a completed GISD Residency Verification Form if the parent and students live somewhere and there are no bills in the parents name.
• The GISD Residency Verification Form must be notarized and requires one supporting documents (i.e. utility bills, mortgage, lease, tax statement) and photo IDs of both parties.
