A valid proof of residency shows the address,recent date, in the parent/guardian’s name for a service of the residence (gas, electric, water bill), or a mortgage, lease, or house tax statement.
We will accept a completed GISD Residency Verification Form if the parent and students live somewhere and there are no bills in the parents name.
The GISD Residency Verification Form must be notarized and requires one supporting documents (i.e. utility bills, mortgage, lease, tax statement) and photo IDs of both parties.
