The entire Galveston community is invited to receive a behind-the-scenes look at the newly renovated Kermit Courville Stadium during an open house event hosted by Galveston ISD beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27.

The event will allow attendees to take an up-close look at renovation efforts, while also showcasing some of the stadium’s history. District and community dignitaries will be present, as well as Ball High School’s band, cheerleaders, and Tornette dance team.  

Community members will be allowed to take photos and snap a photo with Tuffy. Additionally, the first 500 guests in attendance will receive a take-home commemorative gift.
