Farm Fresh Fridays Program
The Texas Department of Agriculture hosted the annual Farm Fresh Challenge during the month of October 2022. During this time, schools are encouraged to serve local, Texas-grown foods on their menus. We are excited to join the challenge and support Texas farmers to provide fresh and healthy foods for our kids!

Each student received a copy of the activities and recipes book. Students were encouraged to try the activities/ learning session in the classroom or at home.
For each local item offered, each student received a fun and easy recipe to try at home with family.
